The advertising-, marketing- and media companies Bob Helsinki, Ainoa, Gyllene Skor, Toinen Helsinki, Kuubi and Basso Media moved to a new collective home in an old industrial warehouse building in the heart of Kallio, Helsinki. The first floor informal café, radio station, library and meeting spaces form a common free flow area for both the employees and clients. The open work spaces and project rooms in the upper floors have an idividual touch of each company. The layered atmosphere is a delicate mix of industrial, rough garage, soft velvet, old grandma and modern classic.

MK%26C by KOKO3 is one of the finalists in Forum AID Awards 2008.
KOKO3 designed a unique workspace for MK%26C, a software development studio in Helsinki specialised in designing and developing human-friendly software for the Mac, iPhone and iPod touch platforms. The office has a contemporary, easygoing atmosphere with a soft lounge area and a colourful patchwork wall next to the high-tech workstations.

The National Coalition Party (Kokoomus) moved back to their roots to Helsinki Kamppi. The office was designed according to the new identity of the party. Colours like cornflower blue (symbol of Kokoomus) mixed with pure white and soft beige and a collection of modern and antique furniture give the interior an impression of contemporary without forgetting the past.

The large scale bacteria and viruses have taken over Mobidiag - a company specialized in the molecular diagnostics of infectious diseases. The graphical interpretation of the bacteria and viruses create new patterns in a series of views through the new office and laboratory spaces.

Newsec - a real estate management company moved their office into the two top floors of a historically important building - a model example of 1930s Finnish functionalism - 'Postitalo' in Helsinki. The new interiors of Newsec reflect the atmosphere of the 30s with its elegant entrance halls welcoming the visitors with spectacular views all over the city. The strict black reception desk works as a contrast to the soft furniture, floors, curtains, colours and lights.

The Tampere office of Icon is located in a former department store. It is planned in the same style as the Helsinki office.

A 60's modernistic office building gets an interior worth the style. An entrance cafe with big windows opens towards the street. The work areas have an open feeling in every aspect: open office layouts and open working spaces enable flow of knowledge and ideas.

The blue-white Silja was bought by red-blue-white Tallink and it is now the leading passenger shipping company on the Baltic Sea. This is their new red-blue-white Contact Center by KOKO3 in Helsinki.
The Home Experience
2005
An experimental home - installation in collaboration with painter Kirsti Tuokko during The Helsinki Design Week 2005. An old worn out flat all in white, with colourful furniture and paintings.
